Is Loyola Chicago a blueblood?

Feel good story nothing more. Try and remember their last appearance was 1985.
Well for one, why would anyone have anything against "feel good stories", and two if you've seen them play, & I have, all 4 games, you can clearly see this team can ball, and deserves to be in the position they're in. I don't care about this easy path bull shit either, they played what was in front on them and handled it.

Lots of people on these here message boards said you can't win at this level with 3 white starters.
Yeah well if they're athletic enough like Custer and Richardson appear to be, and can defend, or with the big boy in the middle either taking it himself, or kicking back out for an open shot, it appears you can. Problem with IOWA is aside from Cook we don't seem to have athletes of any color.

Wow, it's pretty embarrassing when Iowa fans try to ridicule Loyola for making the Final Four. Sure, all they did was win four games. I think Iowa's longest winning streak this season was TWO . . . and that was in the weak Big Ten, not the NCAA tourney.

Get a grip, people. Loyola has a better basketball team than Iowa . . . MUCH better. And Iowa isn't going to get better because Hawkeye fans are jealous of Loyola's success. That little team from Chicago is now where Iowa has not been since 1980. Get over it.

Tyler Cook would have a field day against them. It would be a close game.

It’s not that they are white, it’s that they are slow. I’ll happily support quick white guys on the team. they are few and far between though. Fran can’t seem to sort out which are which too and that’s a problem.
Yup.
I want to see quick, strong, super athletic guys that can beat a defender off the bounce AND put up some resistance on the defensive end. I don't care what their ethnic background is.

It was an absolute clinic on team play by good players who implemented their coach's game plan. Loved it.

I don’t know if they’re a blueblood or not but with their win today they are now tied with Duke for the all time highest overall winning percentage in the NCAA tournament.
