Have there been any reports on Sapp's health. Looked like he got a knee to is side or hip, so I am sure he is at least going to be sore for a day or two. Hope it is nothing more than a bad bruise.

He walked back to the bench under his own power during the game. Fran said it's a hip-pointer and he's day to day. After NE, it will be nice to have the week off for him to recover. Clemmons is a tough kid. When I saw the replay of Hammonds colliding with him, it looked like a rough FB play without pads.

Why wouldn't he be OK? According to the officials there wasn't enough contact to warrant a foul. Actually if there were anymore contact from Hammonds they would have needed a warrant.

If anything it was a kicked ball, then it was a foul on Hammonds.

It was a foul on Hammonds which was one of Several calls against Purdue that this group of
Refs Ignored. A couple of their guys travelled every time in the lane. And how about the
Over and back that was ignored?

Yep, the Refs had a bad day.
