ISU has released Jarod Verkleeren from his letter of intent.

In the end, they do what is best for them: They will always have their friends, regardless of which schools they attend. Gable stayed home, that's separate from his friend Roman.

Ok so they are getting

Gt
RBY
Beard
Hoffman
Neville
Jared
Whittlake

Missing anyone?

Must be about that time when the upperclassman cash in their scholarships.

I have seen Verkleeren wrestle a number of times also and given his height and the fact that his body seemed to mature very early, I would venture that he is going to be a 149. Really don't see how he would fit at PSU with Berge there and Lee possibly in a few years (I know somebody else posted that he will never see 149, but he is taller than Verkleeren and certainly has a frame that can fill out), but who knows?

Nah. The guy listed everyone still possible going to PSU; if people can't see it's a joke to continue his list then so be it. There's no way they'd get all
Of them plus a possible Verlerken
Why not? There seems to be no limit to how many recruits PSU can stockpile. Reminds me of the days when Nebraska football used to have a virtually endless roster.

They can stockpile them but they cant wrestle more than 10. Elite recruits dont want to sit they want to win titles

I'd like to just go on record saying that I do not want Verkleeren -- he's slow, has trouble creating offense ... he'd fit in perfectly.

I have heard this often associated with this kid and it confuses me that he could be so decorated while being so flawed.

Also, that sounds a lot like what people were saying about Seth Gross.

He's a fantastic high school wrestler that fully developed really early and has had great coaching. I'm just giving an opinion on his physical skill set and how that might not translate at the next level. But like you said, maybe he's been tricking us all along, and he's an absolute monster on top?

Unless you're PFP top 10 or legacy recruit/in state gem we shouldn't offer anything other than books. Verk gets offered books and I'm good with him coming unless it means someone else gets butt-hurt and decides not to come.

Doesn't he have diabetes also? Being serious. That can not be ideal. Think Wagner or rathburn have it as well.
