Amen. Ive held out for a long time, but unless we get a super helpful schedule, these teams are horrible.

Correct, thanks to Barta it almost can't. And Kirk will NEVER get rid of Brian so this is what we are stuck with for a long time.

Agreed. I explained this exact scenario to someone right at kickoff before first play from scrimmage. Just plain dumb.

Yep. Thinking the exact same thing. Kirks done all he can here. Great guy but its time for fresh blood and a new approach. At this point, after so many years i think it would be a breath of fresh air to see something totally new. I realize change is hard for many and people are worried that we will become totally irrelevant ala illinois, but i fear if we stay with this direction that is exactly what will happen

Well, the earliest that will happen is next year. Then it won't be till 2019 till we see anything that resembles any sort of change. Everyone will be happy again, then 2020 and the same old ***t. This will never change until Captain Kirk rides off into the sunset!
After 25 years of making kids #1 on football Saturdays, I got the green light for season tix next year. Not going to do it and that is monumentally sad.
Wouldn't be surprised at all if he stepped down after the game next week. I think he would probably still coach the bowl game and then ride of into the sunset.
Do you really want Gary Barta making the hire after giving KF massive contract extensions?
Current AD needs to be fired then the new AD needs to bring in his guy to coach the football team. KF has made enough millions to move his entire family to a location elsewhere.
