Canzeri had uncanny balance and defenders usually seemed to have trouble getting a "clear shot" on him. Despite not taking a lot of direct shots in games, he was oft injured. I remember that Ferentz was originally concerned about Canzeri's size too ... but he loved his high school film too much. Once Jordan was healthy enough to see extended reps ... we finally saw what he could do in 2015. BTW one of the best features of Canzeri was his leadership. Given all the injuries on the OL and at RB in '15 ... the guys could have packed it in or busted played for themselves. But Canzeri was the "big brother" of the RB group ... and he helped everybody there be prepped like they were a starter .... and each guy who got called upon produced like a champ!
As for Ivory ... he's something new for the Hawks. On first pass, when watching his film ... I'm hard pressed to think of an RB who he reminds me of. He has more than adequate speed to be a home-run threat ... although he's not necessarily a burner. He has great explosiveness - but one of his more notable features is that he doesn't need a lot of space to be able to "squirt" through a hole. He clearly has above average speed ... and, at least in his high school tape, he seems like he can be a threat in the passing game too. Since he's young ... his head might still be spinning a little bit concerning "thinking" about his responsibilities ... and consequently his consistency in practice might have suffered. However, in the long term, I see him being exceedingly dangerous for the Hawks!
