Would it kill him to give Iowa some credit for the win last weekend? Based on his comments before the Purdue loss tonight, apparently it would.

This team of his is a complete train wreck. He knows it. Even his whining to the officials can’t help them.
In case anyone ever needed proof it's the Jimmy's and Joe's, this year is proof positive.

Izzo, Coach K, Calipari are going to be Home for the Dance, because the Jimmy's and Joe's they assembled don't have it, and their "great Coaching" can't overcome it. Welcome to reality 101.

Duke and Kentucky have plenty of Joe's. Duke has 6 Top 50 players on their roster. Kentucky is loaded as well. What their problem is this year I'm not sure. Michigan State I would agree.

Kentucky had the number 1 recruiting class and Duke had the number 3. Same as always.

I think if you build your program in a mercenary sort of way with one and dones, as well as other NBA first thinking players, you don’t build the team that’s needed in a crazy season like this one.

The truth is, the reason these guys win is they mostly have superior talent. When they have average talent they are no better than average coaches.

Duke and Kentucky don’t have average talent. Again, 1 and 3 recruiting classes. It’s worked for Kentucky for a long time. Duke as well. Michigan St is definitely down talent wise. Let’s enjoy it while we can.

You're a smug, unhappy little man and you treat people like they were idiots.

It should give us a quad one. I normally would agree with the anti credit comment, but I saw one clip after the beat down where he gave Iowa credit. I was totally shocked.

Does that make MSU a quad 1 win now?
Depends how much they move with that close win (duh). In order to get as high as possible in the Big 10, Iowa needs MSU to lose 1-2 times coming down the stretch as well, so it hurts and helps Iowa if MSU keeps winning.

Say what now?

Duke and Kentucky are in the top 10 and are dancing. Michigan State just upset Purdue and will probably make it as well.
