Update from a friend on Myles:
"His Freshman year at Davenport West was the last time he was a team member for a full, high school season.
Myles enrolled at Sunrise Christian Academy in Wichita, KS (the same school that produced Gabe Olaseni) as a Sophomore. He was expelled and sent home in October for hitting a teammate.
Myles transferred to United Township High School in East Moline, Illinois, where he became eligible as a Sophomore in the second semester in January, 2014. He missed the beginning of his Junior season at United Township for academic and legal reasons, and again became eligible in January, 2015.
He was expelled from United Township High School in East Moline, Illinois for being a repeat offender for allegedly dealing drugs as a junior in the spring of 2015.
The fall of 2015 and spring of 2016 would have been his Senior year. He attended Metro High School in Davenport, Iowa, which is the Davenport Community School District's school for troubled youths. It has no organized sports teams. I'm not aware if he graduated high school.
The same night of the Iowa / Illinois Genesis Shootout in December 2015, instead of playing for United Township, he was participating in an unofficial basketball game for troubled youths at Beyond the Baseline in Davenport.
Myles was on many a high major's radar as an 8th grader, including Iowa's.

Teams got cold when he was on his 3rd school in 3 years, and when he missed the first half of his junior year for "unspecified reasons." Legal issues and non-academic qualifying has killed all collegiate basketball opportunities.
He would be a collegiate Freshman right now, if he were in college. College will likely never be a viable option for him. If it were, he'd be in a junior college right now.
At his best, around age 15, he was talented, but uncoachable. Off season skill coaches told me he refused to do drills, and only wanted to play pick up games. Sadly, his attitude and behavior got worse from there."
