Needs lots of practice. Hands of steel. Spring game--could not catch the ball at all. I was really wondering who offered the scholarship.

You can teach a player how to catch a ball, but you cannot teach speed and he has it!

Question is he gonna throw the ball forward once he catches it???

Hands down the dumbest play in college football history.

Much closer to dumbest post ever than dumbest play in college fball history but nice try.
Google (or other search method) dumbest plays in college fball and let me know if anywhere it mentions it.

It's really not that simple. It is extremely hard to teach some to catch a ball, run routes and most importantly rin a route and catch a ball.

Gotta love posters like the OP who have so little knowledge of the player they are bashing. Parker was a RB in high school not a WR. There might be a reason the hands are not there yet.

He was recruited in an attempt to bring in some speed which he has a lot of and in case you have missed it we desperatly need. Should we just recruit all slow guys that can catch and change our name to the Iowa Fullbacks?

In terms of the bowl game, pass forward play it was super boneheaded for sure but at that point we were down 3-4 TD's so it's not like everyone else was playing lights out. That was a collective dumpster fire. We vaulted an average Tennessee team into potential national champs talk this year. They actually think they are really good and did not realize how unmotivated and sucky we were.

Well probably not because it just happened. I realize there are some dumb plays, but not even the biggest hawk fan can defend that play. Why not just go out of bounds, instead of throwing it forward to no one?? Actually just let it hit the ground and it probably goes out of bounds or in the end zone. he is not a KR.
