Interesting development in the trial of Alexander Kozak, and his request for access to Andrea Farrington's iPhone. Seems to be mirroring the San Bernadino case a little in that the phone cannot be accessed.
I cannot believe that the mall owners have not been sued, but I suppose the family may be waiting for the criminal trial. It seems like a lot of red flags were missed with Kozak, that the mall owners/security contractor handled complaints against him poorly, and there is a real case for damages being awarded.
