That's impressive!
Tristan Wirfs hit 66' 3.25" in high school ... but he was also bigger than Pieper too.
Tyler Linderbaum had a PR of 59' 1".
Anyhow, that demonstrates really nice explosiveness and strength for the young man. Definitely the foundations for a guy who could develop into a mighty fine O-lineman for us!

Got to speak with his HS coach last weekend, and he couldn't stop singing his praises and how happy he was Iowa came across him.
And honestly his technique isn't even that good. That's pretty impressive athleticism.
Do you think we might need a little bigger pit for this event. Kid just threw it into the pine trees.
He just can’t help himself 🙄. It’s okay for him to start multiple threads on one topic though. He has obviously not sought the help he needs for his mental illness.
The first step is admitting that you have a problem, sadly frannie just can’t come to terms with his mental illness, so unless his family steps in, he’ll never change. It’s truly a sad situation.
