Why would that match provide any more insight to Kemerer and his ability? He's already wrestled a lot of good guys and beat a lot of good guys this year. Moreno is JAG.
How about we let him be what he is a true freshman finding his way,the rest will come.
No way you try another cut in that situation. You need a takedown and 2 more stalling points in 20 some seconds of wrestling. Or, I guess 2 takedowns and 1 stall point would have done the trick. I have no issue looking for a turn in the final 30 sec. If I remember correctly, he had a leg turk on the takedown as well.
I agree with that. Me saying I think he wins comfortably is not putting any sort of pressure on him. Just my opinion. Not sure what you're getting at here.
Actually we see a couple takedowns in the last 30 seconds of matches all the time. Not to mention the kid had already been dinged for stalling by the ref and his coach and he acted like it was the end of the world so you could easily see another one coming which did with about 15 seconds left. I missed the first minute of the match but since he had not turned the kid in the first 6 and a half minutes I don't see many opportunities especially when the man on bottom is leading by enough that he can simply clam up and take a stall call and not allow himself to be turned, which he did.
I think we can all agree that the roll through is something he will learn from and had that not happened the odds of winning were much greater.
I still think Kemdawg needs to work on his angles from his feet. Kid is going to be a multi time all American for the Hawks and I am super excited to see what he can do today.
Let's just say Kemdawg gets past Delgado and Moreno.. he then faces the loser of Sorensen/Sueflon...
I guess because it's a matchup I'd like to see. I'm 100% confident that Kemerer beats Moreno but the question is by how much. Is Moreno another guy that Kem puts a bigger score up against then Sorenson did??
So now that we've let him find his way... and he crushed Moreno...is it ok that we talk about him?
