Actually, that is wrong. Coaching, particularly at that level is UNLIKE nearly all jobs. There are only a small % of jobs that are equal to the amount of time and effort put forth.
It is comical that the average Joe doesn't understand this and believe their 40 to 50 hour work week for the man is "putting in time" like these guys do.
And don't confuse the pay they get. Lots of guys will say "yeah, but if I could make that much, I would do it too." Bullshit. Most have no idea what it takes to earn your way to that spot.

For 3-4 months out of the year, coaches put in a lot of time. Yes. But for the remainder it's not what you're trying to make it out to be. Coaches aren't super human. The workload isn't ungodly.
To ignore the compensation part is just asinine. Do you think KF would be coaching Iowa football for $50,000 a year? Do you think any coach would? No. Compensation has a lot to do with it.
Lets not forget about how many coaches are on the team. KF isn't doing everything by himself. The workload is dispersed out through the other coaches.
