Sure it’s entertainiment, but with an agenda. Lots of comedians can poke fun at politicians, but not throw in blathering lectures with it.
He can do what ever he wants - and did, but nobody cared about his impassioned pleas to vote as millions of democrat voters “apparently” stayed home this year. So my point to the OP who said Jimmie is giving it to Trump was, that’s nice - but he might as well be talking to a mirror with his influence.
I did tune in, though, to see how much pain he was in. And he did not disappoint.

Does anyone remember when late night television was non-political? When it was about the guests, music, humor and the host himself? The ad-libs, dialogs and truth from hilarious, talented people? Just being real about their lives. Why did that change?
