Since the ball was dead just like a fair catch but it bounced and he got tackled. Wouldn't that be a penalty on the clowns for hitting a guy on a fair catch or since it bounced does that neglect the fair catch at least being able to tackle. It happened with about 5 minutes left in the 3rd.
