Kolby Franklin

He missed a good amount of time due to injury correct? Probably excited to get on the mat when he can! Any other Sem wrestlers doing this or just Kolby?

You guys are killing me. Based on the rights afforded me, by the 5th amendment to the constitution of the United States of America, I refuse to answer that question to avoid self incrimination. . . .
Just wanted to let you know that Midlands is an Open tournament and we would all be pulling for you to do good. Maybe we can get some of our cesspool tough guys to enter too. 🤣
 
Other than noticing that SDSU has 3 Tanners in their starting lineup, I saw that Kolby Franklin wrestled in and won the Mat Town Open this weekend, wrestling unattached, and beating a UVA wrestler in the finals by TF @ 197lbs. Not bad....
Good, good, good and not a moment too soon, JWar’s successor hasn’t looked too good so far. A bit on the small side for the weight. Kolby’s been a 197 for a loooong time it seems.

see, I kinda disagree with this. I LOVE biscuits and gravy, but I’m a little strange. I never eat them together. I think they each have their own spot on a plate. But I hate my foods touching.
 
….. and, have you ever tried a pork tenderloin?
See, now I’m confused. I really enjoy a good tenderloin. Especially on my Traeger (and don’t none of y’all charcoal grillers get butt sore). Is there something with pork that I need to be aware of?

If my wife even found out I was hanging out in here….. man, I’d be in so much trouble. So if you guys ever see us at a dual or tourney or something, just pretend like we’re old buddies from my wrestling days.

Naw. It’s an Iowa specific thing. They beat the heck out of a hunk of pork, bread it and then usually deep fry. You end up with a sandwich about the size of a hubcap. Pretty tasty.

I’m with you on the grill selection. (Not much into charcoal.) I ended up buying a portable flat top during the pandemic and cooked most everything outside on a porch.
 
Yeah. It’s called Casey’s carry out.
My favorite growing up in Sheldon was the Pizza Emporium.

But there were three or four choices. (And I never considered Casey’s to be one of those places. Lol)
 
Is he going to train with the hawkeye wrestling club for a year and qualify for in state tuition?
