He was injured early this year, redshirting.New to the site. First post. Watching this Oregon game has me thinking about the lack of PT Kasper gets. He has 4 total catches in 3 years on campus. Wonder if he’d entertain the portal and if so would Iowa get a look again?
Go Hawks!
Already used his redshirt year.He was injured early this year, redshirting.
if his name was Kaspian would anyone give a shit?
not all legacy recruits are good. in fact most of them are not. we have proof this one is not.No, but his name is that of a legacy. I'm sure he won't be here either way.
Perhaps qualify for a medical redshirt ?Already used his redshirt year.
Probably heading to asu.
I also like Buie and Howard as young receiversNew to the site. First post. Watching this Oregon game has me thinking about the lack of PT Kasper gets. He has 4 total catches in 3 years on campus. Wonder if he’d entertain the portal and if so would Iowa get a look again?

What’s the proof? Being a scholarship receiver at Oregon? Stop being a turd.not all legacy recruits are good. in fact most of them are not. we have proof this one is not.
Levar Woods kid?if his name was Kaspian would anyone give a shit?
He has few receptions in his career. Of course, the four other 4 and 5*s ahead of Kyler could mean he's a good receiver but Nike U has better receivers. He could be 5th on their roster and Iowa's best receiver. What’s the proof? Being a scholarship receiver at Oregon? Stop being a turd.
3 or 4 catches is greatttt proof wtf? He isn’t that good or he’s buried so deep with other talent they have at OregonWhat’s the proof? Being a scholarship receiver at Oregon? Stop being a turd.

That’s about how many catches he would have if he had gone to Iowa.3 or 4 catches is greatttt proof wtf? He isn’t that good or he’s buried so deep with other talent they have at Oregon
More like 2That’s about how many catches he would have if he had gone to Iowa.
And started. That’s about how many catches he would have if he had gone to Iowa.
And exactly zero kids who are proven receivers are seriously entertaining Iowa offers.Let Kasper prove himself at San Jose State for a year. I’d rather they get a kid who has proven himself as a college receiver.
It's hard to blame them. I love Iowa but if my son wanted to be a WR here and was good enough, I'd honestly try to steer him away to a better school that would develop him. I love Iowa but if a career is involved, knowing what I know about KFs limitations/problems with WRs all too well. For defensive positions or as a RB/TE/FB, no worries. But as a WR, I'd avoid this place like a death trap. And exactly zero kids who are proven receivers are seriously entertaining Iowa offers.
Zero.
This.I also like Buie and Howard as young receivers
When I see people make comments like this I just have to ask what is it that you like about them? Is it the 10 combined catches for 126 yards over the course if the season? What have you seen that makes you think that either one of them is the answer at wide receiver? I'm not passing judgement on them either. They could be good or they could be FCS bound next year. I just don’t know how anyone would have a clue given the very limited targets and production.I also like Buie and Howard as young receivers
They are both redshirt freshmen. Have good size. Buie has very good speed. They will only get better in Lester's offense. When I see people make comments like this I just have to ask what is it that you like about them? They both have a lot of potential. It's really not their fault that we haven't had a QB that can throw to them. When I see people make comments like this I just have to ask what is it that you like about them? Well first of all please note that I said young receivers. One of them is listed as 6' 4" and the other at 6' 2" inches and we havent had much height at WR since Brandon Smith as a good one. Maybe we can start catching some deep sideline balls by outjumping the defenders,When I see people make comments like this I just have to ask what is it that you like about them?
