Kyler Schott not 100%? Why the rotation on the Oline?

its been a long long time since I have been in here, but just had to sub back in. I am sorry if this has been discussed and I missed looking for it.
Is Kyler not 100%? Is there still some issues there as I see them rotating the Oline? Just curious on this.
