Correct; it ONLY does if you want to LABEL it for that new disease or condition. Physicians can prescribe whatever they want that is already approved, per their Standard of Care judgement.

Although even those gifts, in the end, won't be highly regarded because his branding is empty, superficial, bullshit and his promotion is, well, it's blatant lying. Amazingly he has been this and done this for several decades and so many people still can't see it. I mean, even the writer of Art of The Deal expresses remorse for going along with the ruse, promoting the veneer, so to speak. It's just mind-numbingly crazy.
I feel the need to point out that the "perfect" call was made less than 8 months ago and POTUS was impeached for it less than 4 months ago.

I heard Andrea Mitchell interview Peter Alexander just a few minutes after that exchange and he said his question was what they call in the business, a soft ball. All the president had to do was just offer words of encouragement and show determination and he would have hit it put of the park. It wasn't intended to be what they like to call a "gotcha" question.
