On the Facebook Market, some lady has a Todd Lickliter autographed basketball for $100.

Beyond paying you $100, she has included a Bobby Hansen autograph and a nice case for it. Still not sure it’s worth it to have that anywhere near me. Figured I would pass it along.

Let me make sure I understand this correctly: she will pay someone $100 to take it off her hands.

I have one (minus the Bobby Hansen autograph). :( It replaced my Steve Alford one on the shelf. Thank god I was able to get a Fran one a couple years ago to replace the Lickliter one. :)

I was going to get rid of the Lickliter one, but my daughter made me keep it. With that being said, I still have the Alford one too. But in my defense the Alford signed basketball has the whole team on it (Evans, Recker, Worley, Boyd, etc.).

It pains me to say I have the first basketball he signed, maybe the first of anything he signed as the new coach. He made an appearance at the Linn County I Club event right after he got hired. I had to stay around after the event for him to sign it. The only positive is on my way out I had a great one on one with Norm Parker as we rode the elevator down and headed out of the building. The ball is in the back of my closet in a plastic bag.

It is almost worth it for the lulz.

BTW, I saw another b-ball up for sale. Same type of ball with Brunner, Horner, Haluska, (maybe Doug Thomas-hard to read), and Steve Alford.

Price tag: $45

I’d say that’s very reasonable, but it’s out of Geneseo, IL. I don’t really want to drive the 35-40 minutes for a Facebook deal.
