Yeah, I agree there are a lot of MAGA people too far gone. But there are still plenty of Republicans out there disgusted by Trump and would likely speak out more if not for so many Chishawks out there.
Honestly, I think we need more Chis' A lot more. I agree with Tom P that Dems went way too light on the Rs for years. The result was endless gaslighting that had become so accepted that it allowed someone like Trump to run and emboldened bigoted governor's like Reynolds to peddle their hate. Letting the hate from Republicans to flourish doesn't lead to less hate. It leads to that hate being normalized. The only way to set gaslighting straight is to call it out. And that's what Chis' does. I'm glad Chis' is on this board. I know I sure don't have the energy to call out the absurd level of GOP BS at that level.

It wasn't hyperbole. It was a false premise. His point was that open borders led to the 9/11 attack, when in fact the attackers were here legally.
