I don't mind the 4 guard lineup but Evelyn and Toussaint are both highly inconsistent.
I wouldn't mind seeing Connor at pg, Fredrick, Wieskamp, Kriener and Garza with Toussaint, Evelyn and Pemsl off the bench. That gives you an elite passer, two outside shooters and two bigs in the starting lineup.
