We will probably have 25 vacated schollies next year. 20ish grads and 5 transfers and KJ turning pro. We have 15 HS recruits. 10 spots in the portal. Assuming we have enough for a high level QB and we get 1, what would you rate as priorities for the other 9?

Good advice is ... don't look at next year's roster.
That is a rock bottom of the Big 10 type roster. 2-10 is not out of the question. With Fry type final years 40 pt losses.
QB, DE, OT in that order.
You guys don't understand the leveling up Lester has brought to this offense. He hasn't had a big10 caliber starting QB all year and manage to double PPG.
Let him land a serviceable QB along with a legit LT and this team will continue to move in the right direction.
Yeah, the schedule is a bitch and dont expect them to contend for any playoff spot but should win another 7-9 games. By his third year we should be back in contention (2026 schedule is manageable. (2 guaranteed losses but should be favored in the rest)
