Russia is making massive offensive progress while Ukraine's supplies dwindle as Republicans continue to refuse to supply aid. Can this be perceived any other way beyond the Rs wanting Russia to win?

Its a matter of degrees here. Its more likely now that Ukraine will at least lose some territory.

This has been the obvious outcome from the start. Stating the obvious doesn't mean that people are pro putin, they're just identifying a very clear reality.
That won't matter. Anything less than the removal of Russian forces will be a win for Russia and Putin. And it appears that's what the GOP wants.

That said, there are a lot of long run facets to this that are murky at best. They "won" some territory and lost thousands of men and huge financial costs and losing access to most world markets. Some win.

I don't think that is the case. They did just take a city but it cost Russia as many soldiers as we lost during the entire Vietnam War. I still believe that at the very least, Poland and the Baltic States will not allow Russia to win.

I said if a 4th grader is in a fight with a 1st grader who do you expect to win, he hem hawed around, said either one. I said bullshit. I said 99% of the time the 4th grader will win in a bully situation. They have more resources and more people.
