Why are you, personally, more invested in ‘saving’ Europe from Putin than, say the French, who insist that EU money not be spent on ammo produced elsewhere?
What matters? Ammo for Ukraine, or who gets to cash the check for it?

What Trump did do, was say the other nato members needed to kick in.

There's no evidence of your theory. Putin could have invaded Ukraine, or a NATO country, when Trump was POTUS. Putin didn't do so.
Since the summer of 2022, there has been basically zero ground gained or lost. Russia occupies the east which had been semi controlled by rebels and insurgents for years, and obviously Crimea. Nothing has really changed for quite a while, no matter what we have done (and there's supposed to be 20 others helping)
Meeting today at the White House and the little guy in over his head remains stubborn. Afterwards, Mike Johnson came out alone, didn't even mention Ukraine and continued to complain about the US border-something he could have done something about but shot down when trump told him to. And it was notable that Republican leader in the Senate, McConnell was not with him when he spoke to the press.
It is said all in the room took turns trying to convince Johnson to allow a vote, apparently to no avail.
The surest way to see a wider war is to allow Ukraine to fall.

Let’s quit following the advice of the warmongers and get them out of positions of power so they stop creating disasters like above.
The House passed a border bill last May. The Constitution puts the House in charge of spending. Dems here are always crying about the GOP deficit spending, but now want to cry when someone in the GOP wants to actually control spending. Oh... unless something has changed in the last couple of days, Biden still hasn't sent his budget to the House as required by law.
