The Republican run system, under Trump, gave her a pass…because there’s nothing to indict her on…because no evidence. There is plenty evidence against Clinton,.. the system chose to give her a pass.

If there was a conservative prosecutor in the country who thought he could actually win that case he would bring it.
If there is enough evidence that Clinton broke the law to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt than she should be charged. Problem is that there just isn't enough evidence. Every conservative politician loves to strut around like he's broke the case wide open and they have her dead to rights, but it never see's a court room because in court you actually have to prove shit.
Well, he wouldn't have been charged in the first place if he was a "normal person".
I would submit that Trump would be facing way more legal challenges if he wasn’t Donald Trump.
The guy has skated by and not been held accountable his entire life.
Should Hilary be charged for her campaign finance violations in the same manor that
Trump was just charged? She was actually fined for calling the dossier a legal expense.
Who are these "conservative prosecutors" with jurisdiction that you speak of?

It's amazing what you guys are willing to tell yourselves.
AG and prosecutors that work under him had jurisdiction. AG's were conservative for 4 years and passed on it.

Yes actually,.. James Comey, acting way outside of his normal capacity as FBI director, in place of recused AG Sessions, recommended not bringing charges against Clinton,.. Trump certainly did not have to accept this, but chose to take a hands off approach for the good of the country,.. No good deed goes unpunished, lesson learned.
Read that again please. The Republican run system, under Trump, gave her a pass…because there’s nothing to indict her on…because no evidence.
You mean U.S. attorneys?
Before the election, Comey had a press conference where he threw water on potential charges. The optics of switching direction after the election would have looked horrible.
Oh FFS. You could probably charge every person in government in Washington for what Clinton did (not following best possible information security practices) if it was a crime, including Donald Trump and multiple members of his family (see Donald, Ivanka and Jared using private email and private phones to conduct government business).Yes actually,.. All good. Just don’t want to be mistaken.Yeah. My mistake. I deleted too late.
That’s the problem he isn’t normal. A normal person can’t buy his way out of his previous legal problems.Well, he wouldn't have been charged in the first place if he was a "normal person".
You should do that. It’s an excellent reason to vote for the clear best choice.
Kennedy
As a conservative I honestly don’t agree on much with Kennedy. He is very liberal and his policies would be very liberal.
The only reason I will vote for him is because he is actually willing to engage in discussion about issues and frankly we need to have discussions as Americans.
Well, he wouldn't have been charged in the first place if he was a "normal person".

Here are 24 pages of people charged in New York with felony falsification of business records just since 2009. Among others, the charges include those filed against a guy who swindled worker's comp while he was actually able to work...you know...a "normal person".Well, he wouldn't have been charged in the first place if he was a "normal person".
LOL...do you really NOT understand that the president appoints his own federal prosecutors and puts his own choices at the top of the DOJ?Who are these "conservative prosecutors" with jurisdiction that you speak of?
Comey was fired less than four months after Trump took office. You can't hide there. Before the election, Comey had a press conference where he threw water on potential charges. The optics of switching direction after the election would have looked horrible.
Yes, but are any of them a "normal person"?Here are 24 pages of people charged in New York with felony falsification of business records just since 2009. You're full of shit, as usual.
Felony falsification of business records
