How freaking dumb is this guy? It's 2022 and there are webinars and manuals that tell you that you CANNOT motorboat a female subordinate / co-worker. Is he dumb, or is it a culture that lets him survive and thrive? This is the stuff that when I see it, and then see an article about how underreported sexual assault / harassment is in the military I think to myself, "Meh, it's probably even higher".

That dude is, well was, old for a CPT even by ARNG standards. I mean, I had a 40 year old Company Commander (normal leadership position for a CPT), normal age for AC is 28-30.

FTR, on active duty, 52 year old officers tend to be at least a Brigidier General (1 star).
