Lowell Lange passes

Lowell Lange, the three-time NCAA wrestling champ and member of the Cornell College 1947 Dream Team, passed away late Monday night, Nov. 19 near his home in Canton, Ga. He was 90 years old.

Sad news!!!

One of West Waterloo High School’s greatest college wrestlers.

Lange was a 3X NCAA champ and only a car accident prevented the 4th.

He lost one match in his career, one where he weighed in at his weight and moved up to wrestle UNI great Keith Young
