The judge is a kook, if a miscarriage of justice takes place and Donald Trump is found guilty the whole case will get thrown out on appeal. Just like the one in Georgia will end up.

The Court’s 35 page September ruling granting the State’s motion for partial summary judgment on the first cause of action sets forth certain findings of fact and citations to abundant evidence which is more than ample to support the ruling.
The judge is prejudicial toward Trump and said things that should have disqualified him from the case.
The judge has spent 90% of the time making goo-goo eyes at his law clerk who he is absolutely infatuated with.
