A team with a fairly recent Final Four appearance, but with a rather poor seed this year (e.g. - Oklahoma, Oregon, VCU, UConn, N. Carolina, Wisconsin, Texas Tech, Florida, Loyola-Chicago, Syracuse, Michigan St, Wichita St) will make the Final Four.
I really feel Illinois has the best road to the final four. If they can sustain energy for a full forty minutes, I think they could win it.
Margaret McCaffrey gets mad at fans laughing at Conner brick 3’s. Starts a fight leading her to get kicked out the arena and arrested. Conner gets upset and leaves the floor to help her get bailed out of jail. Keegan gets the minutes everybody has been asking for. Hawkeyes win Saturday by 25.
I'll say this.... Filling out my "for fun" bracket at home. I couldn't help but have IOWA winning the whole damn thing. And for the first time in MY life, it wasn't a bat sh** crazy thought. Sure, its pretty unlikely, but fun to dream!

My bracket will crash and burn while my wife, who doesn't watch a second of college basketball, will do much better.

The F4 will not be mostly "chalk" like most 'experts' are predicting. At least one of the following 4 teams will NOT be in the F4; Gonzaga, Illinois, Baylor, and/or Alabama.
I also feel like its an ok bet to say that neither Gonzaga or Illinois will be NCs, also the most popular picks amongst 'smart brackets'.
Considering the nothing-is-guaranteed feel of the past 1.5 seasons, I think its a somewhat decent bet that at least two of the Top16 seeds fall in the Round of 64. Doesn't matter which two (or more), but that's my current gut feeling.

That's definitely bold. At this point, I could see a couple but that many would be a huge blow to the tournament, especially considering the measures they're taking with the teams.
Florida St is the trendy pick for the Final 4. Michigan lost 3 games down the stretch; and Alabama & Texas are both football schools and no one takes their basketball teams seriously. Colorado and BYU are the other competitors in that bracket and have absolutely no history of NCAA Tourney success. Would have been nice to be the 2 seed in THAT bracket...
