Marcus LoVett is a point guard from Morgan Park, the 3A champs in the state of Illinois the last two years. They were eliminated in the semis last night, but he scored 42 points. I found this quote from the article telling:

He had interest in Iowa but we did not offer. He is a 4 star and is the 92nd rated player in the class of 2015. I also noticed he hasn't chosen a school yet. Is there a reason we didn't offer? Is he a bad egg or a non-qualifier?
