basically he said he sometimes wondered what the underlying issues were. with the way doyle treated black players compared with white players. sort of inferring racism but not out right saying it. he also said sometimes they were all treated equally badly. he also said nobody spoke up in 2009 and 2011 for fear of being labelled a trouble maker to the NFL guys, by the iowa coaches.
