Megan G.

They lost the game and were behind by double digits early in game.

Hopefully, she will start to see more minutes. Her stats WAY better than the other bigs on the team. She is shooting 63% from the field for a team that struggles to score. No other big has a shooting percentage above 50%. Her rebound stats also are equal if not better than every other big on the team.
Wings have a system (that obviously isn't working based on their record) that they think Megan doesn't fit in. She still produces despite limited opportunities.

Wonder if she is getting blacklisted from players that like the hurt players better?

Any idea what a player like Megan makes in the WNBA? Definitely not glamorous.

I do know a lot of the WNBA players also go overseas to play in leagues there as well in the WNBA off season.

Well, we need to have Red Reddington look into that blacklisting. :)

I haven't watched any of her games this year but I sort have been following her stats and her minutes are very odd, one game she will see significant time and be productive in the post compared to the other players then next game she will see 3 minutes and that's it. I understand that it can come down to matchups but even in those cases the other bigs aren't as productive or effective.

I also remember draft night Dallas drafted her but I remember the analyst talking about how they want to be wing oriented and play fast. Just seems like she's not a good fit for Dallas unless they are planning on changing strategy. Wish her the best.

And no one else seems to want her on their roster, so people should be grateful Dallas does.

I watched the Dallas/NY game the other day. She looked good. Tina Charles is pretty damn good, and Megan held her own. One game, of course. Megan took a few threes and looked comfortable doing so. Only a matter of time until she starts making a solid percentage. As maybe the most avid fan and observer of the WNBA, I think Megan will stick as a stretch four who guards post players. There will be games her minutes are limited if she simply doesn't match up well with anybody. Phoenix comes to mind, though maybe she would annoy Griner some, use up some fouls. I would love to see Megan find her way into the Lynx organization.
