Wishing this kid some luck! Any guesses where he ends up?
I'd still take him at Iowa....

He should move to Iowa and work on bulking to 133 as he establishes residency.Wishing this kid some luck! Any guesses where he ends up?

Application error?
Didn't he get destroyed by DeSanto?"Appliction error".... Allllll-righty then!
Yeah, that was my reaction as well. I suspect that "application error" is code for something else.
No shat Sherlock?
This is why you should never burn bridges!

The Iowa fan base handled the decommits of Gavin, Justin and JRent with complete class. This is why you should never burn bridges!
Teske is not sure get more like a long shot. If mejia interested why not. Teske might be good at 133 in 3 years
Teske is hardly a long shot.
The application thing is little more than a smokescreen. He didn't qualify and wouldn't at Iowa, either.
Didn't Ross say on a later tweet he was D1 eligible? Or are you saying the separate Iowa standards?
True, but maybe this is his way of getting out of his LOI also. Saw a loophole and jumped? You're right if they wanted to be together they would....but the whole, "separation" could be coming from Mejia side...Not sure of the intricacies but he's no more able to get into Iowa than Illinois. The application thing is a horribly flimsy excuse. Do you really think if they are willing and able to get him in that some sort of technicality would stop them?

He definitely wasnt the same wrestler last weekend that i expected after watching a few of his matches on flo. He had our group and many of the world team trials crowd on their feet a couple times with his attacking.
Count me in.
So Perry leaves Illinois, Clark wins nationals, Gman makes the word team, and now all of a sudden Mejia has paperwork issues that gives him a release??? Seems to me he's coming back home!Think you are on the wrong thread? Justin did not wrestle in the trials. Maybe you are thinking Lugo.

However, not qualifying entirely is more plausible, but Ross tweeted he "heard" he was fully D1 eligible...
If I did that right...
I'm not disagreeing that Ross heard as such. I have heard differently and I heard it even back when he was an Iowa commit.
