Since it was the last play, the win should be rewarded to Duke. It's pretty simple.
Instead, we'll just have to wait for Miami's next round of NCAA sanctions to have the victory taken away.
I believe Duke got screwed. But I do not agree that Duke should be awarded the win. Otherwise the conference officials would have to review the entire game for errors. You can't just look at the last play.
It is the same crew that allowed Pitt to beat the crap out of Beathard.

I wonder if the Pitt game had an effect on their decision.. I imagine we sent video/complaints in to some agency...
I disagree. Botched calls earlier in the game alter everything from that point forward. There's no telling what would have happened in subsequent play sequences and play calls that are affected by a different score or set of circumstances.
With the final play, it's all right in front of you.
They should overturn the game and award it to Duke.
