Yeah that loss sucks, Fire Fran, bench everyone, blah blah blah. But holy crap Michigan is good. So much size and athleticism. Can't remember another Big Ten team I was this impressed by.

Most agree the Big Ten as a whole has never been this good. Michigan may end up with only one loss. So is this Michigan team the best team the Big Ten has seen in a decade? 2 decades? Only team in recent memory I can think of that would compare is Illinois in early 2000s when they went undefeated until championship game.

There is no way this assertion is true.

The fact that no team has had to play on the road in a hostile arena full of insane fans makes this year's assessment null and void. Michigan is really good and a top notch team, but they may not have been able to come back at Wisconsin had they had a crowd. We'll never know but it's not usual for even the best teams to be more than a few games over .500 on the road.

The last Big Ten tean to win a national championship was Mich. St.
If Michigan wins it this year then we can talk about it.

That's a good point. But to only have 1 loss, with the league being the strongest it's maybe ever been....fans or no fans, that is incredible.

No,.. they won't play a full schedule and have already lost badly to the Gophers,.. They're good, but best in twenty years?,.. I don't think so.

No, there are several teams I would take over this one. I would take the Wisconsin team from '15 I believe over them. Then there is OSU in '11. Illinois in '05. Plus like others have said they won't even play a full schedule and I think some other Big Ten teams have had more difficult schedules. They haven't even played Illinois yet and looks like they will get to play them without Ayo. I think this is an overreaction to the game last night.
