What we do know is these dumb ****ers will believe anything.
It looks enough like her to question, "Is that her" but you have to be skeptical enough to check to make sure it's real and correctly attributed.
And the even dumber ones will rush to defend anything they deem a threat to their political tribe.

I found the source. Apparently Whitmer went on a podcast called Chip Chat. They discussed real issues in the podcast. I think the clip the OP shared is just a silly ad for the podcast.

No it is not 100% accurate it's a short clip of a much longer interview and it lacks context. That didn't seem to bother any of you though.
All I know is this chip feeding by Whitmer is WAY worse than selling Covid tests to Putin. Or stealing and selling government documents. Or raping and sexually assaulting women. Or hanging out with a pedophile. Or plotting a coup against the United States.
