Thanks, Hawkmann. Didn't realize both Precin and Futrell were there. That makes more sense. It's a tough balancing act--he wants to be in a room with top-notch competition but also where he can be in the starting NCAA lineup and where he can be top freestyle dog at his weight. He beat Youtsey last year (6-3), so even though Youtsey is a returning AA there is a path for Micic to the starting lineup in 2016-17. Precin and Futrell are both tough but not top 8 in freestyle. And Michigan isn't a huge step down academically from Northwestern--both top-30 schools, according to US News. Okay, I give him my permission. At Michigan he would get to roll with Precin, Kennedy, Futrell, Habat, and Russell. Not a bad group at all. Bormet and Hrovat are top notch coaches as well.
