Midlands PBP: Session 2

Gillman-has Calkins from Oregon State. It should be a route. His semis should be a little tougher-Rodriguez from NDSU is pretty tough
Clark-Has Amenta from Columbia. He should keep rolling here. Mason Beckman seems to be back to his old self and should be a tough semis.
Turk vs Carton-If Carton could have finished 1 of 5 shots we wouldn't be in this situation. The winner gets Gross which is another winnable match.
Sorenson has Theobald from Rutgers who he beat pretty good a couple weeks ago. He had a tough kid last round who I believe is a young gun boy with Kem.
Kem has Richardson of ODU who did not look so hot last round. Kem by 5. He would have Tsirtsis in the semis.
Coop is continuing to get better every match. He is going to score a lot more points if he bangs that cowcatcher down and finishes with a go behind(he did it 2-3 today). He has Gannt from NC state who is tough but I wouldn't count Coop out here.
Rhoades has weatherman. Let's see if there is improvement.
Meyer-Backuckas from Rutgers. Let's hope it's not a repeat of this morning. FYI UNI has two redshirts in the quarters on the other side.
Brooks-Zilmer-NDSU. It's go time Sammy. He's going to need to be a lot more intense then he was vs. sdsu.
Wilckie-He has Schwery from SDSU who Brooks beat last round. He's a Council Bluffs kid.
Burak-He looked the best I've ever seen him today. Keep it up! He has Boykin from NC state. He's a great athlete but not a lot of motor.
Halloway-The kid is an athletic freak but he definitely needs the mat time. Get him in every open possible. He has Wolfe from Rider(don't know anything about him).
Stoll-has Smith from Rutgers again. We know what your good at Sammy now let's see you score from those positions.
Another round of thanks in advance for everyone involved in today's PBPs. I'm working all day and night and can't watch or even listen. And this is the next best thing. Great job guys, much much appreciated.
i'm in the house. this baseball sissy is not sure regarding your question Ttom. Vall? Do we need just 1 PBPer Vall?
FYI, at 125, Calkins is an under-the-radar back-up to #7 ranked Rios-Bresser (why do guys have 2 last names?), who is #2 seed here. Calkins lost to him in OT in the wrestle-off but beat 5-4 at a tourney. He's 8-1 on the year with a loss to an unranked but decent guy. I agree Gilman should handle him, but Calkins is a top-20 guy.
i'll try gobblin, maybe marion will hook up. he has a source that's giving him not only the on decks, but the "in the hole" matches too, which is very helpful. if i don't do any PBP, i'll try to help on the mat assignments. gilman is up now on mat 2!!
