Much thanks to all of you guys doing PBP. It'd be interesting to talk to Illinois wrestlers to see if they thought they were going--did they lose weight etc? My guess is they weren't planning on coming all along. It makes no sense not to come.

Perry did an interview at Reno where I believe he said something about trying to sort out the schedule with the upcoming duals and midlands that might've been a hint they probably weren't going to attend or at least send starters

Carton could have easily won that. Effort is there, he was in on 4 deep shots that he let the guy off the hook on. A bit better on his finishes and that is a whole different match.
