mini pack?

Has anyone else tried to purchase the mini pack this morning?
I looked online and it doesn't seem to be available.

After dialing the phone number about 15 times, before getting into the system, I waited another 10 minutes for a ticket agent, and just bought my tickets.

You have to call the ticket office. The website is down. Surprise! The number is 319-335-9323. I just bought mine on the phone after a 20-minute wait for the website to work. Ain't workin' yet.... SOP at Iowa.

Well, that was 45 minutes of my life I can't get back!! But, we got our 3-pack of tix, and one thing I didn't realize was that we still picked our location. So, I can see where that is taking awhile once the ticket office gets to you.

Greetings All... it's my first post, thus the formality. I've lurked on this board for about a decade, seriously, mainly to follow recruiting news. I avoided joining and posting only because I did not want to start posting during work hours and then become entirely unproductive. Oh well... I'm in now.

Why post now?? Simply to say I bought the Mini Pack for NIU, Wisconsin, and NW... and I'm frickin' STOKED! Can't wait for the season to begin. I don't care anymore about last season's frustrations, the hot & cold offense, poor punting, two bad defensive series against Purdue, blown 3rd + 20 against NW in OT, turnovers at MSU, etc. I'm pumped about the 2018 Hawks and what Nate, our young skill players, deep DL and talented back 7 can do.
