Minnesota's jet motion/sweeps

Their running game blows and Leidner has actually had a lot of success throwing the last 3 or so games. They're 13th in the B1G in rushing, with like 3 OL and their top 2 RBs currently on the injury list. Stopping their running game is not high on the list of things that I'm worried about.

with KJ Maye and also having Lediner keep it last season hurt Iowa. Can they stop it on Saturday night?

You have brought this up in a couple other threads and now you started a thread with the exact same topic.

JFC relax - the answer is YES, Iowa can stop the jet sweep. Maybe not every time they run it but the jet sweep will not be Iowa's down fall.

How will our wide outs do against their DB's who play a physical man coverage? Gotta admit, I am really nervous for this one. Especially after the beat down in Minneapolis last year.

Why do I get the feeling that you frequently piss your pants?

You do realize they ran for 166 yards on Michigan

It is his shtick, find something random another team does and say he doesn't think Iowa can beat it and he is nervous.

Just wait for Nebraska "Can Iowa defend against a controversial pass play down the sideline in the closing minutes? I am nervous that they won't be able to defend this play. If Iowa gets to throw a Hail Mary though, Nebraska has not defended those well, so Iowa can exploit that and win."

We are so much faster on the edge this year than last year...Minny and then Tenn really exposed that late in the year and they did a good job fixing it with Niemann and Fisher...

They are THIRTEEN out of FOURTEEN teams in the B1G in rush O.

They had 74 rushing at Northwestern and we had 294. They had 104 against 3-6 Kent State. They have the 112th scoring offense in the country. They SUCK.

You sure that he's the one that needs to relax? eh?

Like their entire starting secondary from the beginning of the year is out with injury. Murray, Boddy-Calhoun, and Jalen Myrick. All out for the year. They have multiple safeties out as well (Antonio Johnson and Charlie "Ace" Rogers, to name two).

Edit: Murray might be back, but he's missed a significant portion of the year with injury. The others are out for the season.

Body-Calhoun isn't injured.

He's the stopped clock of this board.

If he keeps predicting stuff like this, like his 0-10 prediction threads, he gets to plant his flag on this board and state see! I predicted this!

Just like a stopped clock is correct twice out of 1,440 opportunities during a day.

FYI, Murray hasn't missed a snap, Boddy Calhoun has been back for 2 games, Antonio Johnson hasn't missed a game, you're thinking of D Travis. Other than that your post was accurate.
