Schools have the right to set standards for who enters the building. People can disagree with the standards but at some point her choices would be a distraction.

No, you don't have the right to volunteer at a school if you're a porn star.

All the various statutory employment rights apply to, you know, employees. And even then, schools can rightfully demand morality clauses in their contracts with the union and that's not unlawful.

But I'm not aware of any statutory rights granted to unpaid volunteers beyond the rights afforded to the general public.
