If you look at what some of these cheerleaders are doing these days, I'd say that is too low as well. Certainly should be able canoeing.
pics would help

Agree. I’ve coached soccer, volleyball, baseball, and basketball, and play golf. I play golf regularly and don’t think I could ever coach or teach it despite many lessons and years of play. Seldom can I look at a person’s swing and tell them one thing to change to get better. Golf is the toughest mentally, there are so many factors. Physically there are so many moving parts and variables. Every shot is different. Weather conditions, and even the time of day affects the roll of the green. This list seems to reflect the amount of physical effort required to do the sport. Also possibly the mental toughness.
Golf, while simple to become a pedestrian player, is one of the most difficult games to master. Drawing, fading and knocking down the ball and reading the course is an art.
I don't know how you quantify such different activities in order to rank them but...yeah...this is #1 AINEC.My list would start with free soloing. I know some may not call climbing a true sport, but it requires incredible athletic prowess and endurance in pursuit of a specific goal.
Plus it has the added excitement that if you lose, you die. Nothing else on the list comes close to the danger level.
