This was posted in the sticky thread at the top, but I figured it might have gotten buried in that massive thread. Although quite a few fans have seen that post, news this big deserves its own thread.

In case you haven't heard, another avid Iowa wrestling fan who prefers to remain anonymous has pledged $1 million for the construction of the world's greatest wrestling facility in Iowa City. This news is a huge boost for the project, obviously, and moves us closer to getting official approval from the U of I to proceed.

HUGE props to this incredibly generous and supportive Hawkeye, and a million thanks (literally).

We're rollin' now, Hawk fans!!! Let's keep this thing going!
