The lost tax revenues will dwarf the "cost savings" claimed here. If you disagree with that, then post the audit numbers that show it.
No, you're misinformed. The DOGE team should get some credit for identifying the mistake. The contract was at one point listed at $8B in the Federal Procurement System. It was then corrected to $8M in the system. However, DOGE had tried to take credit for saving $8 billion, they've even used the backdated "receipt" on their website. They knew it was BS, but tried to substantiate it anyways. Angry cultists might call that a mistake, others might call that deliberate misrepresentation.
The point is that what DOGE claims should be scrutinized as potentially inaccurate - by orders of magnitude - or even gasp deliberately misleading. But, since you're in a cult, you'll swallow their claims whole, and call the rest of us sheep or some other MAGA buzzword that's dripping with irony based on the sender.
