I’m not saying deep down Musk is not a piece of shit. Because I have no doubt he is. Is he a wanna be Hitler? I don’t think he is. That said, his autism makes him weird and he has significant ego problems, a bad case of narcissism, and a strong desire to be liked. The way he’s chosen to satisfy all this is to join MAGA and the deplorables to troll the libs. He knows exactly what he’s doing when he did the nazi salute, saying things like this, and tweeting the things he does. He thinks it’s cute and it’s riding an edge that will get 1/2 the population riled up and he can get his dopamine hit. It’s what unserious people do. And they’re all leading our country right now.
