A man identified as Eric Brian Cherry was arrested on public indecency charges on Sunday night at the Nashville International Airport after he was caught walking around a terminal in clear violation of the no shirt, no shoes, no service rule. He kicked it up a notch by also not wearing any pants.
“I walked up to him and said ‘You’re amazing,’” Tod Brilliant wrote on Facebook. “He replied, ‘Thanks.’ Then they came for him.”
Brilliant told the New York Daily News what initially caught his attention.
“I turned my head and I saw some creamy white thighs and ankles,” Brilliant said. “And I said, ‘That’s a naked man.’ ”
Incredibly, this isn’t the first time Cherry has reportedly been letting it all hang out on airport property.
Airport spokeswoman Shannon Summerall told the Associated Press that he’s previously been spotted walking naked in one of the airport’s economy parking lots.
Brilliant told Nashville’s WSMV that everyone else who witnessed Sunday’s show took it in stride.
“I was pretty impressed with Nashville,” he said. “Aside from a few people whose jaws were dropped, everyone else was doing their thing, going on business as usual. It was a great start to Nashville; it’s a great city.”
