Similar to the time Jason Kidd told Kris Middleton to miss his second his second free throw with 2 seconds left. The second free throw would have put the Bucks up four points. This was circa 2017/2018. Baffling.

Was listening to JJ Redick's podcast and they were talking about Wemby. In terms of Pts per 100 Poss, when Wemby is on the court, SA had the 8th best defense this year. When he was on the bench, it's was the worst by almost 3 pp100 (like, 3 worse than the next worst). Basically, his defense alone was enough to move them up 22 spots.

Same! The only time you debate this is if it's a 2 point game and there is under 2 seconds. I still probably wouldn't personally I'm not really in favor of bringing in scenarios where you can lose no matter how unlikely they are. But him saying the 3 and 4 thing was wild
