ND.. I get it now.

Hey now, they lost to Clemson by two points...which is still their best "win" and claim to the playoffs.

If you listen to the talking heads, this game makes them the fourth best team in the country. Their actual best win is Navy but they have looked terrible lately. ND is a national brand with a HUGE following - that equals more $$$$$$

The Notre Dame Football team is on the prayer list of
Pope Francis and every Roman Catholic priest in the
United States of America. Does the Almighty God of
Heaven and Earth care about college football? I do
not think so.

I heard they are going through the injury bug. last night I think they lost their two best offensive players??

Regardless I don't care for ND. Until they join a conference, I will not recognize them. Everyone talks about how they played such a tough schedule (Clemson & Navy) are their two tough games. Yes they went on the road to a hostile environment Temple and Boston. Also played a tough Texas team as well.

Sorry join the ACC or SEC and see how you do week in and week out.

I hope Stanford beats them by 30

Can't remember the analyst but he made a great comment last week when talking about the "eye test" with Iowa and then used it on ND. He said what game besides ND's loss to Clemson did you come away so impressed with the eye test. Then you look at schedule and games and it makes sense.

The Fenway game was designated as a home game for Notre Dame. Boston College was allotted only 5000 "visitors" tickets. The other 32,000 were sold by the Irish Ticket Office to their alumni and season ticket holders. And, of course they rode that partisan crowd advantage to a 19-16 thrashing of a 3-8 Boston College.

One hopes your comment, Lute Hawk, was in jest. Otherwise ...........
