Texas gets OSU in Dallas. There isn't one playoff bowl destination in the Midwest. It's time that Minneapolis or Indianapolis or some other semi-south location in Tennessee gets a playoff spot.

That game in Dallas is called the Cotton Bowl. The other semi is called the Orange Bowl. Using the traditional bowl games--the New Year's Six--for the playoffs is why these games are being played in these locations. They don't have to be, of course, but that's how it's set up right now.Texas gets OSU in Dallas. There isn't one playoff bowl destination in the Midwest. Major bowl games (and the Super Bowl) are held in warm weather, destination, cities for a reason. If Iowa were ever fortunate enough to actually get to a national quarterfinal or semifinal, I sure the heck wouldn’t wanna go to Detroit or Minneapolis in January to watch it despite the geographical advantage.Been saying the same damn thing!!
Like immediately.
Next year.
If those second rate wussies can’t handle a game in NYC or Seattle, then at the very least have games in Detroit, Indy, & Minn.
Let them pay for air tix or make a 15 hour drive.
